Hiring the hall

Entrance through South Gate.

Please note that during Brighton Festival regular bookings may be suspended.

Currently, the hall is available for hire most afternoons 1 - 5 p.m. for regular or one-off sessions.

Suitable for	Afternoon and evening classes, dance, drama and yoga, meditation, seminars and commercial presentations. Projection screen and blackout available. Piano. Wireless connection.
Capacity	Approx 50 persons
Facilities	Use of kitchen for hot and cold drinks, toilets including provision for wheelchair users, sprung wooden floor, good acoustics.
Charges	Prices with effect from 1 October 2010 Classes and clubs - £38 for first 2 hours then £15 for each subsequent hour Regular bookings - £38 per 3-hour session. Concessionary price for community groups. Workshops £75 per day In addition to hire fees, a caretaking charge will be made.
To hire	Telephone office 01273 696022 email buc@brightonunitarian.org.uk Office staffed Monday 9.30am–3.30pm and Tuesday 12 noon-2.00pm Messages left at other times will be answered as soon as possible. £25 non-returnable deposit is required to secure each booking. A visit to the hall prior to hiring date must be made. (Fire and Safety Regulations.) Invoices sent out monthly.
Parking	Limited to loading and unloading
Smoking	A strict NO SMOKING rule applies to the whole premises.
Hall Piano	Please note that the piano in the hall is now available for use on request as part of the hire. Tuned four times a year by Steinway approved tuner.
