Seating 100. 140 maximum. Total figure includes staff, performers front of house and back stage, audience. (Health and Safety Regulations) |
| Facilities |
Loop system, ramp for wheelchair access, toilets with provision for wheelchair users, Broadwood grand piano, raised dais, excellent acoustics. The piano is tuned four times a year by Mark Beglin, a Steinway approved tuner. In addition, arrangements can be made, on behalf of hirers, for piano to be tuned again prior to their concert. Cost of this tuning to be covered by hirer. The hall with kitchen facilities may be hired for refreshments during the intervals of concerts etc. No Alcohol Licence held. Premises Licence authorises performance of live or recorded music 10 a.m. - 11 p.m. Premises Licence does not cover amplified music outside the Church. |

Prices with effect from 1 October 2010 Mornings (9am - 1pm) £75.00 In addition to hiring fees, a caretaking charge will be made. Private lessons £15.00 per 2-hour session (minimum 2 hours). Performing Rights Society charges will apply where appropriate.

A visit to the church prior to hiring date must be made. Invoices are sent out monthly. Where applicable, performing rights
charges will be made when BUC receive bill from the PRS. |
